How to Request Support
Sending a Task
- In the GroupWise client, click "File" at the upper left, choose "New", and then click on "Task".
- Address it to AgEcoIT@tamu.edu.
- Fill out the "Subject" line with the following information: your name, room number, short description of issue).
- Fill out the "Message" portion as completely as possible with a detailed a description of the problem as possible.
- When you are finished completing the Task form, click the "Send" button.
Sending an E-Mail Message
- In the GroupWise client, click "New Mail" button, or click "File" at the upper left, choose "New", and then click on "Mail".
- Address it to AgEcoIT@tamu.edu.
- Fill out the "Subject" line with the following information: your name, room number, short description of issue).
- Fill out the "Message" portion as completely as possible with a detailed a description of the problem as possible; includeing error messages if applicable.
- When you are finished completing the e-mail message, click the "Send" button.

For a new account creation, please complete the following
